Withdrawal processing will be suspended until KYC verification is completed to ramly888's satisfaction. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. Any material change — including changes to your name, address, payment details, or contact information — must be reported to support promptly.
Deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. ramly888 does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within the timeframes published in the cashier; however, ramly888 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals. All withdrawal requests are processed to a verified payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. ramly888 targets processing of MYR withdrawals to DuitNow-registered bank accounts within one (1) hour during normal business hours, subject to KYC completion and fraud screening. ramly888 reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.
Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied by the Platform.
Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ramly888 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee in accordance with the rates published on the Platform from time to time, up to the total balance of the Account.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives made available by ramly888 are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer, including but not limited to:
ramly888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Evidence of bonus abuse — including, without limitation, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, collusive play, or multi-accounting — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, clawback of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
Each game category on the ramly888 Platform operates under specific rules published within the game interface or provider documentation. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting a game outcome, ramly888 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wagered amount to the Member's Account balance. ramly888 is not obligated to honour bets placed under erroneous odds or game conditions caused by technical error.
All live casino game outcomes are subject to the decisions of the presiding dealer and pit management. Video recordings of all live sessions are retained and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute.
Winnings derived from a Wager shall be credited to the Member's Account balance upon settlement. The settlement timeline varies by game type as indicated within the relevant game interface.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or incorporated into any other work without the prior written consent of ramly888.
